Do we have to change our booking system?
Almost nothing changes. Quobi connects over email notifications and a read-only sync — setup is minimal and your workflow stays the same. It works alongside TourPlan, Tourwriter, your own system, or just your inbox.
What languages does Quobi write in?
Any language your suppliers use — English, Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, Serbian and more. The language is matched per supplier and remembered in their knowledge base.
What if the AI gets an email wrong?
In manual mode your agent sees every draft before it's sent. Full autopilot is something you switch on yourself, once you trust the quality. Quobi also checks each request against your file data and flags mismatches — in practice it catches errors more often than a person does.
Does it handle the whole file, not just hotels?
Yes. The same loop runs for every supplier on a file — hotels, transfers, tours, tickets, guides. Quobi confirms each component and only closes the file once everything is in.
How fast is onboarding?
